Mail and data boxes

Dialog 3000Skylla is a fully-fledged mail customer with a possibility to communicate with a data box. An advantage of integrated mail customer is fast communication with CRM modules (simple transfer of emails to target documents, projects, partners, etc.) fast entry from whatever computer to archived emails including internet access, common address book of contacts connected with CRM module.

Internal function of mail client is distribution of information about changeable statuses and events in a system defined to process customers. Apart from basic communication of a data box in a system with external environment (message transfer) Dialog 3000Skylla uses features for direct transfer of obligatory forms, such as VAT declaration, report summary or obligatory attachment directly from accounting to a target address.
