The module records new business contracts and their administration, registers basic details about contact history (phone call, email, personal meeting). It also enables the user to enter all documents connected with meetings, planning of future contact along with reminding about incoming date of a contact or its missing.

After gaining a customer the module simply transfers the contact into a business partner directly from marketing contact. It is also an important helper when planning marketing campaigns and a tool for group contact with customers.
