Production preparation

Module for production management performs material planning based on technical preparation of production preparing bills of materials or recipes in the company, it defines production operations and defines performance norms. Design requirements are involved in purchase plans and influence the whole company logistics. For capacity planning, whose results are starting and ending dates for production. Our method respects supply, storing and transportation methods.

Described functionality is in fact based on the same principles as operational production management, where it is believed that complex system management on the level of operational management of production is aimed at constant coordination of managed process to fulfill defined goals, where updating is a matter of fact.

It is more and more common for information system Dialog 3000Skylla that creation of bills of materials is done with the use of importation from CAD system (i.e. SolidWorks, Vault)

Currently information system Dialog 3000Skylla offers software and technological integration with products such as: JETCAM EXPERT, TruTops, SolidWorks, EPLAN and Pro/ENGINEER etc.
